An estate piece, this beautiful cross is sterling and only signed 925 - 3-1/2" x 2-1/2". It hangs from a 22" silver chain.(vintage and also sterling, I believe). The cross is elaborately done with doves and kneeling angels, focusing on the faceted amethyst stones that make up the center design. They are also accented by small turquoise beads. I just noticed that there is a crack in the right arm of the cross amethyst stone at the inner point. Doesn't look like it is in any danger of falling out. This is an outstanding piece. |
