Stone & Alabaster Gothic Revival Style Relief Elements

We believe this to be a pair of early 20th century, Continental, Gothic Revival plaques.  They appear to be based on Medieval German examples.

The composition appears to be stone cast overall as you indicate and the date of Gothic Revival is 1825-1865, but, again, these may be later copies.  

There may have been more of these originally designed to be applied to a building during the Gothic Revival period.  We have  two different examples here.

These rare castings have been appraised for $800, and we are offering them here for $595.
