These are very old Chinese porcelain or ceramic beads in a blue and white ribbon design. The color is a cobalt blue. They have been strung on silk cord and heavily knotted. Fastened by a vermiel clasp. These have been stored for a long time and do need a good cleaning. You could do it carefully and wear them as is or use the beads to redesign a custom piece. The beads are lovely. |
