We are not certain whether these are actual stamps or reproductions, but they appear to be authentic stamps with cancellations that are coated with something that will protect them. This unusual brooch measures approximately 3 x 1-3/4" round and has a safety closure. It is in Very Good/Excellent Condition with a slight darkening to the tiny loops where the dangles attach to the gold tone bar.
