Skookums -- Grey-Brown Blanket Doll

The second of our Skookums Native American dolls -- this with grey-brown blanket.

Rather rare Skookums hand made Native American doll from the 1930's. (We have two.)

Designed by Mary McAboy, painted features, with side glancing eyes, mohair wigs, cloth figure wrapped in Indian blanket, with folds representing arms, wooden feet with paper wrap and sometimes a paper label on the feet, which ours do not have. 

Blanket is grey-brown with ivory dress.    Headband is orange and ivory.

In very good condition except for blemish on nose.
