Italian hand-carved shell cameo in an .800 silver bezel with goldtone twisted wire decoration can be worn as a brooch pin or pendant. It measures approxmately 1 x 3/4" and has a pin stem as well as an applied ring so that it can be worn on your choice of chains, cords or ribbons.
