| We feel fortunate to have found such a beautiful and pristine set by Marcel Boucher under the very rare signature, Marboux. The set is composed of the palest pink--almost dusty rose, unusual oval rhinestones with such large tables that they glow and almost appear to be moonstone cabochons. The design is truly elegant with sweeping shiny black enamel interlocking curves sprouting these wonderful vintage rhinestones. The necklace is adjustable to 16-1/4" with a fish hook closure finished with a prong-set pale rose faceted rhinestone. Although the set is in goldtone metal, just about the only place you will see metal is at the tiny points around the stones and, of course, the chain and fish hook. The earrings are unusually large and spectacular with three dramatically upswept curves that mimic the necklace design. They measure approximately 1-1/2 x 1-1/8" and the clips are especially comfortable because of the curved design of the earrings. The clips are in great condition with lots of tension to keep them securely in place. The Marboux signature is cast into the metal of the reverse of the earrings and on the last section of the necklace. This set is unbelievably pristine and beautiful. A great vintage find, a beautiful design with a rare name in pristine condition that is still ultimately wearable and timeless after all these years. Domestic UPS Ground shipping included.
