Famous knife inventor, frontiersman and one of the brave Texans to fall at the Alamo was Jim Bowie - 1799-1836. Colorful porcelain decanter with Bowie holding the knife which he is still famous for designing. Excellent decanter in the box with the foam, but no liquor. As you know these decanters haven't been produced for many years and in my estimation will become more valuable and collectable in the years to come. Great decoration in the meantime.
