Item Description:
This is a vintage early plastic brooch - bottom is translucent design - celluloid, I believe. The top more of a thermoset. There are tiny rhinestones that edge the flower petals. There are 4 missing stones. At the moment I do not have any color to match the missing stones. A very pretty older brooch.
