Returns and refunds are accepted as long as youcontact us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item for return for claim instructions AND item is returned postmarked within 3 days of contact and returned in the same manner in which it is sent - same condition, same postal/insurance method and same quality wrapping and packaging.
