I have 4 of the fire grenades made by the International Fire Equipment Corporation in Staten Island NY. The brand is called Shur-Stop. From the descriptions listed above, the units I have mount on metal brackets with a link in the front that probably breaks with temperature. I was interested in the approximate date of manufacturer and the value is the same as listed above "up to $60"
