Found W.w.2 Nazi Jewelry

My mother in law was given a bracelet over 58 years ago from her great uncle who we think was a german officer. The bracelet is made with expandable gold, with the nazi emblem on the front. It also has diamonds spread around the bracelet. We are trying to find out some information on this, if anyone has any idea we would be quite thankful
