NEED INFO ON NORMA JEAN EARRINGS PLEASE!

recently bought a pair of earrings at a yard sale (cheap) because they peaked my interest. Could anyone please tell me about them? They are heavy and have Norma Jean with circled c on the back clip. Anyone know what kind of metal they are... pewter?.. silver?.. Are they worth listing for auction? Would appreciate any input..Thanks
