The oval cabochon pot is a very dark agate that looks like solid black onyx but has beautiful striations when held up to the light. This spectacular pin is fashioned in rich goldtone textured metal with nice detailed curved handles on the sides of the pot. The pin measures approximately 2-1/4 x 1-3/4" and has a safety closure. A pin with the identical semi-precious stones done in gold would be many times the modest price of this beauty and it would be very difficult to tell the difference when this is worn.
