Item Description:
This is Series II, Limited edition #15210, Collector set of Official Pins of the 1984 Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles. This series was issued in 1982-1983 prior to the games. There are 38 pins in this set. Sam The Eagle is shown participating in the various summer sports. In addition, Sam is in several other poses, including carrying the American Flag, Holding the flame, carrying a sign “ I love USA” and other poses. This is a cloisonné set, which retains the jewel-like colors forever. Some very minor scratches on the plexiglas, but not really noticeable. Frame is 15" X 13" and the pins are on black velvet.
