Vintage Valentine: Victorian Valentine C. 1930 Unsigned

German Fold-down Valentine for serious collectors is unsigned and features three beautiful layers in pristine condition with red honeycomb on a pale blue and gold embossed background with birds and forget-me-nots. The second layer is a diecut of white lilies with green and yellow. The third layer is a young boy in a charming yellow and blue sailor-type suit sitting on a pale green gift box tied with a red bow beside a big cabbage rose and foliage holding a huge red and white polka dot mushroom with red honeycomb at his feet. The fold-down flap section says "To My Valentine" in fancy script. This pristine Valentine is in Excellent Condition and comes with its original brown paper envelope. The envelope is addressed in pen to "Charlotte Joyce From Bueford & Bernard" and is in Very Good Condition with some minor creases and the original tear across the back flap from being opened. A special find because it is quite unusual to have the original Valentine with its original envelope in such great condition!
