Look at the detail in this extraordinary figurine -- "Wishes Come True" # 2025A by Goebel. TMK-8

Every single small piece had to come out of a separate mold and be hand attached, then smoothed together, then fired in a kiln, then hand painted and fired a last time. 

Unbelieveable detail in this porcelain figurine with the boy sitting on the steps holding a box from which came his puppet or doll.  The girl holding her teddy bear while the cat watches on from the stair railing.  Next to the boy a small ball.   A must for the avid Hummel collector.

This is the first piece in a remarkable figurine collection, the Wonder of Childhood. This piece celebrates the moment when children's dreams become happy realities.

The figurine is mint in the box and only out for photographing.  First Edition for Hummel Club in 2000-2001. Suggested retail was $695.
