Ambrotype photo of woman holding small child in its original gutta percha case. Case has scroll-like design front as back. Inside is original red velvet liner and interior photo frame. Hinges and catch work perfectly. In very nice condition with minor wear to case edges. One tiny chip on one corner, and tiny chip back of case as pictured. Measures 3 by 3.5 inches.
