This is a wonderful old 49'er man. These men went out to California in the mid 1840's to prospect for gold in the hope of finding their treasure, He has a cloth face which is very detailed. Hand sewn details and a full beard with his Jeans & Shirt and Backpack. Nice detailing right down to his boots. He measures about 9" tall.
