This is wonderful adorable Old Dog with a ball on his head that spins. His head spins, his tag wags and his body moves like he has a hula hoop. It is really so cute and works fine. This toy was made in Japan and is in excellent condition. He is 7-1/2" tall and the ball and eyes are made of tin.
