The cross measures a generous 2-1/8 x 1-1/8" and comes on its own gold filled chain that measures approximately 18-1/2". We believe that this necklace is meant for men, but we can see no reason why it would not be appropriate for women as well. This is a high quality necklace that is marked, "1/20 12K GF" on the reverse of the cross as well as on the spring ring chain closure.
