Meadow Visitor by Haviland China 1879 - 1889

Haviland china Meadow Visitor rectangular platter. Shows wheat and butterflies on a peach background. The platter measures about 13 inches long by 7 ½ inches wide and stands 1 ½ inches high. There is a nick on the back which I've tried to show in the photos, very little of it can be seen from the front. I used a quarter to show the size. This platter was made and decorated between 1879 and 1889. It is a wonderful piece great for a cabinet, center piece or a buffet.
