One of the very popular Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls from the Mother Goose/Fairy Tale Series -- He Loves Me #1 . Frozen leg with White organdy shade print skirt, insert of lavender taffeta. White daisy felt flower on hat and skirt. She has a pin head spot on her forehead.
