Nice collection of scarf pins from various time periods on an 1800 pin cushion. To point out a few, there is darling bumble bee that looks like it is sterling. This is a one-of-a-kind hand made Victorian spider pin. It is NOT made of celluloid, but I believe it is not true ivory either. My guess is vegetable ivory, made of the doum-palm nut.
