This is probably the most collectible series of all the Dolls by Jerri -- Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs along with the wicked Queen and Prince, were the first ever Porcelain dolls made of this fabulous Disney Group.
These large dolls were produced under the license from Disney as an addition to Dolls by Jerri’s Walt Disney Collection and carry both Dolls by Jerri and Walt Disney markings.
Snow White, the Queen and the Prince are all porcelain bisque with head and five-piece jointed bisque bodies, arms and legs, human hair wigs, and glass eyes. These three dolls are about 22 inches tall. All Seven Dwarfs have porcelain bisque heads, hands, and feet fitted to jointed cloth bodies. Painted eyes, with beards of fine wool. Clothing, hats and shoes are of velvets or velour with leather belts. All are about 12 inches (30cm) tall. "Doc" has wire-rimmed imitation glasses. The cloth bodies are designed to make the Dwarfs easy to pose.
When inititally introduced these dolls sold out at $5000. The dolls have been in an enclosed doll case since purchased years ago.
