This is a fabric black lacey choker on velvet ribbon measuring about 16" in length. The center is a black glass stylized butterfly oval. The glass has a "carnival" or ab finish allowing it to pick up other colors. The center is 1-1/4" wide while the ribbon and fabric runs about 1" wide.
