Ach Tung, All That Glitters of Beautiful Bridgeport, Connecticut, brings you a fabulous vintage beer stein made by the legendary Simon Peter Gerz Company of Germany. This baby is HUGE, just about the most enormous beer stein I've ever seen, nearly 15" tall(including the pewter lid), 3½" in diameter at the top, and 4¼" in diameter at the base. The pewter lid has a glazed cap. This is actually a pitcher used for replenishing empty steins. It has a scene of merriment from the middle ages. The glazing is wonderful, not a flaw to be found. This item, done in the "art nouveau" style, is in excellent condition. It will make a marvelous addition to your stein collection.
