An impressive feat of fine craftsmanship, there are tiny cones shooting from a central goldtone dome ending in beautiful aqua and clear rhinestone prong set rhinestones. The pin measures approximately 1-3/4" round and is raised approximately 3/4" from the base. It has a safety closure.
