The central drop features a round CZ stone that is prong set in a basket setting the way a diamond would be set by a fine jeweler. The top central round Cubic Zirconia stone translates in size to a one carat diamond. Beneath the central round CZ, there is a pear-shaped CZ with two smaller round CZs terminating in a large, prong-set Cubic Zirconia stone in a basket setting.
