Vintage LJM Tassel Brooch has a regal look that is rich, well-bred and expensive looking. The central medallic is jet black crystal cut with an elegant relief pattern that is has a gold design in the cuts that resemble raised faceted stones. The flourishing frame is accented with jet black crystal faceted rhinestones and there is a delightful tassle that dangles from the bottom of the brooch. This lovely pin measures approximately 2-7/8 x 1-1/2” and has a safety closure. It dates Ca. 1955 and is signed L.J.M. with a copyright symbol for Laurentian Jewellery Manufacturing of Montreal. It is in Excellent Condition and signed LJM raised from the mold on the reverse of the piece with a copyright symbol.
