Ed Levin is recognized as one of the premier Modernist sterling silversmiths. He began producing in 1950 and passed away in 2008. These attractive sterling silver earrings have been confirmed as discontinued Style #EA640 by Ed Levin Jewelry, which is still active. Once a jewelry design is discontinued by the company, it is not brought back into the line, according to a company spokesperson. These lovely sterling silver earrings measure approximately 1 x 5/8" on posts for pierced ears with sterling silver clutches. In conjunction with the company spokesperson, we estimate that these stylized hoop earrings are approximately twenty years old. They are in Excellent Condition.
