Item Description:
This is a remarkable piece for its incredibly wonderful design and image in what was probably a very inexpensive pin made in Hong Kong that probably sold with others of its type on a huge card at the local five and dime. The piece is textured and shaded in silvertone metal with a magenta metallic sheer color applied on top that looks like the 50's aluminum tumblers that are so collectible. The closure is a rivetted C-clasp. The piece is stamped "Hong Kong" on the textured rose-gold colored reverse. The picture does not do this one justice--it is a terrific and very unique find for the "bug" collector!
