He is crafted in goldtone metal, has a creamy white enamel and clear rhinestone pave body and hands, shiny black enamel "coal" eyes and buttons and a red rhinestone pave in sheer red enamel rhinestone hatband and blowing scarf. His tophat and broom are goldtone metal. He measures approximately 2-1/4 x 1-1/2" and has a safety closure.
