From the era of the Sputnick, this atomic pin marked "Czechoslovakia" is the genuine article. An impressive feat of fine craftsmanship, there are tiny cones shooting from a central goldtone dome ending in beautiful aqua and clear rhinestone prong set rhinestones. The pin measures approximately 1-3/4" round and is raised approximately 3/4" from the base. It has a safety closure. In Excellent Condition, this type of atomic pin is noted in most books on costume jewelry history and this is a very fine example.
