Very early Effanbee 1940's "Dy-Dee Baby" hard plastic head with applied rubber ears, which have seen much better days. Originally this doll had a baby bottle in her mouth and of course was a wetter.
Molded hair, jointed rubber bent leg body. Some crazing on left foot.
Full eyelashes on sleepy eyes.
No original clothes as grandma crocheheted dress also with diaper. Note in the photo that the ears have dried up and partially broken off.
