It has a loop on the back which is attached to a large, round jump ring that attaches to another bale on a silky silver tone chain necklace. The large jump ring has a tiny silvertone key attached to it. The chain is adjustable from 15-3/4 to 17-3/4" with an extender chain and lobster clasp. The lipstick and key can also be removed from the chain it comes with so that you can wear it with your choice of ribbons, cords or chains for lots of fresh and different fashion looks.
