Scarab spider pin is 1/20 12Kt. Gold Filled by the W.E. Richards Company of North Attleboro, Massachussetts. This is the company that signed their high quality jewelry Symmetalic from 1936 to 1944. In 1944, they began to sign their jewelry WRE. This well-designed and unusual scarab spider pin features a semiprecious carnelian scarab that has carving on both the top and the underside. The pin measures approximately 1-3/8 x 7/8" and has a safety closure. In Excellent Condition, it is signed "1/20 12KT GF WRE" on the reverse.
