This is most likely a Chad Valley Felt Doll but we can't be sure. The doll is all felt molded face with a jointed felt body and blue hand painted eyes, painted lips and cheeks. Blonde mohair wig. Rose velveteen dress with lace trim -- ebroidery near the hem, and a matching hat. The dress and hat are in very good condition.
The doll is in very good condition considering it is over 60 years old -- with the exception of three small moth holes on the leg. These holes are only evident after close examination.
