It is attached by triple, matte gold tone, silky snake chains on each side for a necklace that is adjustable from approximately 17-1/4 to 19-1/2" with a sturdy lobster clasp and extender chain. The matching earrings measure approximately 1-3/8 x 13/16" on fish hooks for pierced ears.
