Horse head pin in vintage root beer colored lucite has gold enamel details and an embedded antiqued gold tone chain. This vintage lucite horse head pin appears to have been molded from resin and measures approximately 2-1/2 x 2-1/2". It has its original pinback with safety closure on the reverse of the pin. In Excellent Condition, this pin dates Ca. 1950. The darker color around the ears and at the edges of the mane are embedded in the lucite along with a bit of red at the mouth.
