LJM Christmas tree pin is a vintage creation by Laurentian Jewellery Manufacturing of Montreal and dates to the mid 1950s - 60s. There are seven red, green and blue rhinestone "ornaments" embedded into this textured gold tone Christmas tree pin. The treetop star is accented with an icy clear rhinestone center. This lovely vintage Christmas tree pin by LJM measures approximately 1-7/8 x 1-1/4" and has a safety closure. It is signed, "LJM" with a copyright symbol in a signature plaque that is raised from the mold on the reverse of the pin. In Excellent Condition, this is a lush, three-dimensional pin of layered sections with upward tilted edges in rich, textured gold tone metal. One of the more difficult signatures to find in vintage Christmas tree pins but very beautiful and well-documented on Page 104 of Nancy Trowbridge's, "O Christmas Tree".
