ART Christmas tree pin is pictured on Page 11 of Nancy Trowbridge's, O' Christmas Tree and on Page 31 of Jill Gallina's, "Christmas Pins" and Page 13 of Mary Morrison's, "Christmas Jewelry". This is often referred to as the "Garland Tree" and it is one of the most well-documented vintage Christmas tree pins as well as one of the most highly collectible. It features an antiqued gold tone Christmas tree with red, green, blue and golden topaz color rhinestones and has a clear rhinestone appointed treetop star. It measures approximately 2-1/8 x 1-1/4" and has a safety closure. It is signed, "ART" with a copyright symbol on the reverse of the pin. In Excellent Condition, this tree dates Ca. 1960s. With its nostalgic sprinkling of white enamel "snow" and its lovely design, this is definitely one of our vintage Christmas favorites and a "must" for every Christmas jewelry collector!
