Dorothy Bauer Christmas Angel Pin is a gorgeous vintage angel in clear rhinestones and gold tone metal that must be somewhat rare because we have never seen one before and could not find it in any of the vintage Christmas jewelry books.  Dorothy Bauer is a venerated name in Christmas costume jewelry collecting whose business began in the mid-1980s.  This glorious Christmas angel pin has a large round rhinestone head with a rhinestone halo and carries a torch or wand with a pear-shaped, clear rhinestone "flame".  In rich gold tone metal, this lovely angel pin measures approximately 1-5/8 x 1-3/8" and has a safety closure.  In Excellent Condition, it is signed, "BAUER" with a copyright symbol in an oval signature plaque applied to the reverse of the pin.
