Coro flower pin brooch is a stunning example of vintage Coro jewelry from the 1950s to 60s. The flower is beautifully crafted in three parts with the head of the flower riveted to the stem with its gracefully rendered florentined gold tone and bright gold tone leaves. The outer part of the flower has attractively turned edges on the petals that are accented with clear rhinestones and the inner part is a separate piece with eight pear-shaped simulated jade/turquoise cabochons surrounded a central round rhinestone. The pin measures a generous 3-1/4 x 1-1/2" and has a safety closure. It is signed, "Coro" in script with the Pegasus horse and a copyright symbol. This is a signature that dates after 1955, but the pin is probably no older than the early to mid 1960s. In Excellent Condition, this beautiful vintage Coro flower pin is made like precious jewelry with lots of attention to detail and a rich gold tone color combining Florentine finish and bright. A wonderful flower pin by Coro from the 1950s to 60s era! (#43790-CoroFlowerPinVintage)
