Vintage Cubic Zirconia marquise ring is a quality costume jewelry ring in rich gold tone, probably 18K electroplated metal that came from an estate where the woman bought lots of jewelry on QVC and HSN. This ring dates from the 1970s when Cubic Zirconia was first introduced in costume jewelry. The marquise Cubic Zirconia stone measures approximately 7 x 16MM. The openwork band is gorgeous and is approximately 7/16” wide at the front and tapers to ¼” at the back of the shank. The center of the ring is raised approximately ¼” from the base of the ring and the stone is flanked by raised sides of the ring. The ring is a Size 7-1/4. In pristine Near Mint Condition, this ring was probably never worn and remained in its velvet box as received by its previous owner. There is an illegible three-character signature impressed into the inside of the band. Beautifully cut with remarkable life and sparkle, you will wear this ring with pride. It’s a beauty!
