This oil painting was acquired from an estate in Florida many years ago along with a few others. It measures 18 x 24" and is done on canvas. Subject is ladies in a boat scene and woman with an umbrella. It is signed in the corner C Monet along with a mark, maybe a date ? can't make it out. Painting is very dirty. I just stumbled upon it in a basement box along with some other paintings that we brought from Florida about 10 years ago, but it was purchased many years before that. I have not priced this but invite inquiries or any information available. I do plan on having it professionally checked at some point since it is such a lovely painting.
