Crown Trifari 1950s thistle brooch or pin and matching clip style earrings is a signed designer classic. The thistle flowers are formed with emerald green baguettes and embellished with mounds of crystal clear rhinestones paved at the center of each flower. The leaves are textured gold tone The pin measures approximately 1-1/2" and has a safety closure. The earrings measure approximately 1" and have study ear clips that retain their original tension. The ear clips are each signed, "Trifari" with a copyright symbol impressed into the metal. The pin is signed in the same manner on the reverse of one of the baguettes. In Excellent Condition, this is a very well-known vintage Trifari pin and earrings set and the emerald green color of the navettes make this a very beautiful and rich example.
