Christmas tree pin is a diminutive vintage gem so overloaded by its beautiful glass pearl treetop ornament that it is designed to list a bit to portray the weight borne by the little tree! In sculptural gold tone metal, the boughs are paved in a melange of tiny crystal rhinestones in ruby red, sapphire blue, emerald green and icy clear. Alternate sections of the boughs are left to gleam in their textured curves. There is a tiny gold tone fluted pot holding the trunk. This little Christmas beauty measures approximately 1-1/4 x 3/4" and has a safety closure. In Excellent Condition, we think this pin dates Ca. 1970s. This pin is a very high quality piece that looks as if it could be precious stones in precious metal. If you need an elegant, little Christmas tree pin that is tasteful and small enough for a lapel although still festive, you would do well to add this one to your collection! (#45993-Tree630)
