Vintage Stratton Combined Powder Compact and Lipstick Holder in the most beautiful stippled shades of blue enamel within its gold tone case that has never been used.

The design is meant to have the lipstick spring up when the compact is opened. The end of the lipstick is original and marked, "Stratton No. 1". The powder section door is engine turned and has a Stratton logo with a hand holding a round, open compact. The powder door seems to open a little when the compact is opened. There is a little button to the right that may need some adjustment or perhaps this was meant to be. The original sifter has never been used although there is no puff. The compact closes properly and securely with a click. The mirror is bright and clear. There is a peppery dotted texture to the surface of the enamel that can be seen when holding the compact on an angle. We do not think this is a defect, but simply the way it was made. We just wanted to mention it.

The compact measures approximately 2-3/4 x 2-3/4" and approximately 5/8" in depth. The compact comes with the soft gray protective pouch it has been stored in for many, many years.
