Pakula Christmas Tree Pin: Vintage Pakula Christmas Tree Pin

A version of this vintage Christmas tree pin that is signed Hollycraft is pictured on Page 40 of is pictured on Page 98, Fig 1.71 a. of Mary Morrison's "Christmas Jewelry". Hollycraft private labeled their wonderful Christmas tree pins for Pakula. Many of the exact Christmas tree pins that are signed Hollycraft are also signed Pakula. In fact, some examples of these vintage Christmas tree pins have been found with blanks in the signature space! The Hollycraft mold of this particular Christmas tree pin is well-documented in several books on vintage Christmas tree pins. This tree came both multi-colored and in red and green rhinestone combinations. They are both among the harder to find designs by these companies with the multi-color being more rare in our experience. This beautiful vintage Christmas tree pin that is signed "Pakula" features multi-colored, deep jewel-toned rhinestone "ornaments" within petaled flowers in antiqued goldtone metal with a clear, flat-back rhinestone accented treetop star. This distinctive vintage Christmas tree pin measures approximately 2-1/4 x 1-1/2" and has a safety closure. It is in Excellent Condition.
